Leonard’s Lookout is registered as rural tourist accommodation in the Registro de Turismo de Andalucía.
2. Purpose of the website
This website provides information about Leonard’s Lookout, including its accommodation, facilities, location, local area and suitability for different types of stays.
The website also allows visitors to:
- Submit a direct booking request
- Receive a personalised booking offer
- Review the applicable Booking Terms
- Receive payment instructions
- Receive booking confirmations and subsequent booking correspondence
Submitting a booking request does not itself create a reservation or contract.
Direct bookings are governed by the Leonard’s Lookout Booking Terms and the individual booking offer and confirmation supplied to the guest.
The website may also contain links to third-party booking platforms such as Airbnb. Reservations made through a third-party platform remain subject to that platform’s own terms, procedures and payment arrangements.
3. Direct-booking process
The normal direct-booking process is:
- The guest submits a booking request.
- Leonard’s Lookout checks availability and the proposed stay.
- If appropriate, a personalised booking offer is sent to the guest.
- The guest reviews the booking details, price and Booking Terms.
- The required deposit or full payment is made using the payment method stated in the offer.
- Leonard’s Lookout sends written confirmation once the required payment has been received.
A booking is not confirmed until the required payment has been received and written booking confirmation has been issued.
Guests have an opportunity to correct booking details or notify us of errors before making payment.
Direct-booking contracts may be concluded in English or Spanish.
Copies of booking offers, confirmations and related correspondence are retained in accordance with the applicable legal and data-retention requirements. Guests may request copies of their booking documentation by contacting hello@leonardslookout.com.
4. Prices and payments
The price applicable to a direct reservation is the total price stated in the individual booking offer.
Any mandatory charge payable to Leonard’s Lookout will be disclosed before the guest makes the payment that confirms the booking.
Payments for direct reservations may be requested through Wise or another payment method expressly agreed with the guest.
Payment takes place through the relevant payment provider or banking system. Leonard’s Lookout does not collect or store guests’ online-banking passwords or card credentials through this website.
Where Wise is used, the payment request may identify Verity-Jane Roworth as the accommodation provider.

5. Use of the website
Visitors must use this website lawfully and must not:
